Ask B-Dog

End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Ask B-Dog (“B-Dog”, “we”). It covers your use of the B-Dog software and service at bdog.app, including its connection to QuickBooks Online.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use B-Dog for your own business, for as long as your account is active and you follow this agreement and our Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense or rent B-Dog;
  • reverse engineer or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows;
  • use B-Dog to break the law or to harass anyone;
  • interfere with the service or try to get around its security;
  • connect a QuickBooks company you are not authorized to connect.

QuickBooks data

B-Dog only reads the QuickBooks data you authorize, and never changes your books. How we collect, use, store and delete that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect QuickBooks and delete your synced data any time from Settings.

Ownership

B-Dog and its content belong to us. Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run B-Dog for you.

Disclaimer

B-Dog is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any invoice will be paid. B-Dog does not provide legal, tax, accounting or collections advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or unpaid invoices. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Termination

You can stop using B-Dog at any time. We may end this license if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using B-Dog, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
